Things like this don’t stop surprising us. How are there still people who torture innocent animals and keep them captive?
Caesar is a bear who is the best example of how evil these people really are.
This poor little bear spent the first half of her life in hell. She grew up on a farm in China where she was forced to wear a metal vest. She also had to live in a small room without windows and space to move normally.
She was literally doomed to live in the dark – but for her there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
